Specializing in TMJ Dysfunction, Chronic Pain, and Postural Relief

Meet Angela

If you’ve ever felt like your body is holding tension it just can’t release, you’re not alone.

Many of my clients come to me seeking relief from jaw pain, chronic stiffness, or postural stress that’s built up over time. My goal is to help you feel more at home in your body, with massage therapy that’s focused, responsive, and rooted in care.

Why I Chose This Work

Like many people, I spent years feeling disconnected from my body, stuck in stress, tension, and survival mode.

Massage gave me a way back into myself. It helped me feel grounded again and more connected to the world around me.

I became a massage therapist to offer others the same sense of reconnection and relief that I experienced.

My Approach

At Wild Roots Massage Therapy, I offer focused treatments designed to support long-term relief, especially for clients with TMJ dysfunction, chronic pain, or postural stress.

My approach is slow, intuitive, and adaptive. I use techniques like:

I don’t push through resistance; I work with your body, helping tissues soften and the nervous system unwind. Every session is customized to how you’re feeling in the moment and grounded in trust, consent, and care.

My Values

I started Wild Roots to create the kind of massage space I always wished existed—calm, clear, and rooted in trust. A place where you don’t have to explain yourself, shrink, or perform to receive care.

I believe in meaningful work, gentle honesty, and offering treatments that meet you exactly where you are, without pressure, judgment, or expectation.

About Me

Outside of work, I recharge in nature with my two dogs, walking quiet trails, soaking in the mountains, or just enjoying stillness (my cat prefers to supervise from home).

I’m always reading: cozy fiction, psychology, nervous system science, or anything I can get curious about. I’m a lifelong learner and usually knee-deep in a course, notebook, or new idea.

Your body isn’t a problem to fix. It’s something to listen to, support, and come home to.
